ABOUT SINO
Who We Are
SINO has served Bangladesh since 1999 through Pacific Oil Company Limited, established through the pioneering initiative of Mr. Mohammad Ullah together with his business partners.
Under this founding leadership, Pacific Oil Company Limited established Bangladesh’s first private lubricant blending operation and began its SINO journey in association with Alpha Pacific Petroleum (S) Pte Ltd, Singapore.
Today, SINO combines Singapore-origin technical knowledge with local manufacturing and market experience across automotive, industrial, marine, and specialty lubrication.
Our promise is simple:
Consistent product standards, dependable performance, responsible sourcing, and long-term trust.
OUR APPROACH
Good lubricant starts with what goes into it.
For SINO, product development begins with the right base oils, additive technology, formulation discipline, and controlled blending. Specifications matter, but so does consistency — because a lubricant has to perform reliably not only on paper, but in the engine, machine, factory, or vessel where it is actually used.
Our approach is practical: understand the application, select the right formulation, manufacture with discipline, and maintain consistent standards from batch to batch.
BUILT FOR REAL WORK
Lubrication matters most where downtime has a consequence.
On the road, lubricant quality affects engine protection, reliability, uptime, and the working life of vehicles.
In industry, it supports machinery, hydraulic systems, compressors, generators, production equipment, and the continuity businesses depend on every day.
In marine and demanding applications, reliability becomes even more important because operating conditions can be severe and downtime can be costly.
That is why SINO serves automotive, industrial, marine, and specialty lubrication — with solutions built around the equipment people and businesses rely on.
WHY SINO
Singapore technical heritage. Bangladesh manufacturing experience. Since 1999.
SINO combines international lubricant knowledge with decades of practical manufacturing and market experience in Bangladesh. Through Pacific Oil Company Limited, SINO has been locally blended since 1999, building first-hand understanding of the country’s vehicles, industries, operating conditions, customers, and market requirements.
We believe a lubricant brand earns trust through consistent products, credible technical standards, fair value, and the confidence to stand behind what it sells.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Quiet confidence comes from consistency.
Consistency before hype.
Customers should know what to expect from every batch.
Protection with purpose.
Lubrication should help protect engines, machinery, productivity, and investment.
Responsible sourcing.
Base oils, additives, suppliers, and technical partners matter because product quality begins long before blending starts.
Fair value.
Credible performance should make technical and commercial sense.
Long-term relationships.
We aim to earn the confidence of distributors, retailers, mechanics, fleet operators, industrial customers, and end users — not just once, but over time.
